After a first life, another job, a tsunami that swept everything away, Isabelle Rodde left Paris with the need to rebuild herself and find meaning. In her new place, creation is essential. Thus, from a pencil stroke to a first sketch, a form of rebirth occurs through the series "Mes petits intérieurs".
With her sense of colour and composition, Isabelle Rodde takes us into comforting worlds, where she feels "well protected".
She works with felt-tip pens on figurative sketches which nevertheless free themselves from proportions.
